1. Where are you located?

A location map along with general directions can be found on our Locate Us page on this website. If using a GPS, we suggest you enter the closest residential address of
76 Queen Street, Warners Bay as our carpark is located opposite.

2. Do you have wheelchair access and diabled parking?

Yes. There is a designated diabled parking spot and ramp from our carpark to our prectice entrance for ease of access.

3. Do you accept the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS)?

Yes. We currently offer Bulk Billing for all children who are eligible for theChild Dental Benefit Schedule . See our website for further information.

4. Do you open late / extended hours?

Yes. For the convenience of our patients, we are Open 7 Days including evenings and most public holidays. For times see our Opening Hours

5. Do you have HICAPS electronic claiming?

Yes. Provided you have your health fund card with you at your appointment, we will be able to do an electronic health fund claim through HICAPS. Any gap payment after the rebate will be payable on the date of service.

6. How long do I have to wait for an appointment?

Warners Bay Dental is Open 7 Days and some Public Holidays. Emergency appointments are set aside each day, and we will endeavour to provide an appointment time within 24-48 hours.

Should you have a preference to see a particular dentist, we will endeavour to make a time that suits you. However, should this not be possible at short notice we are happy to recommend an alternative dentist. You are then welcome to pursue any subsequent treatment with your preferred dentist.

7. Do you cater for anxious patients?

Yes. At Warners Bay Dental we understand that for some patients, the simple prospect of attending a dental appointment is accompanied by fear and anxiety.

We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and can offer treatment with Nitrous Gas, Penthrox Inhaler, Intravenous Sedation and General Anaesthetic.

8. Do you accept new patients?

Yes. All new patients are accepted.

9. Do you have payment plans or finance options?

Payment is required on the same day as treatment however; we do offer interest free finance with GE Credit Care. More information may be obtained from our receptionists.

Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Master Card, Cheque, Money Order

10. How much will my visit cost?

The cost of your initial consultation is generally between $49-130.00 (exam/consultation only). At this time your dentist will be able to provide an itemised treatment plan outlining all proposed treatment and costs. You may then make a decision at this time how you wish to proceed.
